Energy Exchange is Final: All bookings are a commitment to your journey. Payments are non-refundable as part of this sacred agreement.
24-Hour Rescheduling Window: If you need to shift your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to maintain the integrity of our time together. Changes within this window cannot be accommodated.
Last-Minute Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the session being forfeited, as this space has been held specifically for you.
